Background

Lidl food stores approached Matthews with the task of demolishing existing sites for the re-development of new stores.

The Works

As the principle contractor, Matthews undertook the safe removal of asbestos, structural demolition, site clearance and the crushing of existing concrete for re-use in the development.

Project sites include Tooting, Welling, Sidley, Crowborough and New Addington.
